Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

You can cancel or change your subscription's future shipments at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to manage your subscription.

Please note that once a subscription order has been shipped, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or expired, as detailed in our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. If you wish to cancel a pending pre-order, please contact us at info@pacifichealthlabs.com.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, the order cannot be canceled. It then falls under our standard Refund and Replacement Policy, which means it is non-returnable and can only be refunded or replaced if it arrives damaged or expired.
