Damaged or Expired Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or has passed its expiration date, we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any of the following issues:

  • The product itself shows signs of damage or tampering.

  • The product you received has passed its expiration date.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement for a damaged or expired item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Please email us at info@pacifichealthlabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: In your email, please include your order number or a copy of your receipt.

  3. Include Photographic Evidence: To help us assess the issue, please attach clear photos of the damaged or expired product, including the expiration date.

Our Process

Once we receive your email, we will review the information provided. If your request is approved, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

  • A replacement for the same item, shipped to you at no additional cost.

We will notify you of our decision and the next steps. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
